LINE CONTENTS AND EQUIPMENT:
The price includes a complete set of equipment for a continuous process:
1. INTERMIK MH-424 SAS industrial injector:
Two independent injection heads with 424 needles (212 per head).
Innovative SAS (Servo Automatic System) servo drive: pendulum head movement, smooth adjustment of conveyor pitch and stroke height, speed up to 60 cycles per minute.
Capable of injecting raw materials up to 200 mm thick.
Touch graphic display (memory for 99 programs, USB port, multilingual interface).
2. Brine filtration and circulation station - FBN-424 rotating filter:
400-liter tank.
Rotating slotted drum with a raking knife for thoroughly cleaning the brine of meat and protein particles.
Vertical cylindrical sieve system of varying diameters.
3. Brine cooling system:
Independent refrigeration unit (R507 refrigerant) integrated into the filter jacket (FBN-424 CH version) to maintain a stable, low brine temperature.
4. Special pump system:
Wear-resistant process pumps specifically designed for pumping thick brines. 5. Interoperational transport system (conveyors):
Belt conveyor C-1 (2.5 m long) — for automatic feeding of raw materials into the injection zone or removal after it.
Belt conveyor C-4 — a specialized conveyor for product unloading.
6. Auxiliary equipment:
Mobile stainless steel trolley for convenient sanitization, cleaning, and maintenance of removable injector components.
Technical advantages of the line:
• Maximum accuracy: injection level deviation is only 0.5–2% with an injection range from 5% to 100%.
• Reliability of servo drives: the absence of a complex mechanical drive system reduces wear on parts and eliminates frequent breakdowns.
