Performs static layer crystallisation in three stages to separate and purify the anthracene and carbazole from the crude material
Rectification Column
Vacuum rectification using a structured packing column with 6 packing stages. Falling-film evaporator for steam generation. Integrated shell-and-tube heat exchanger as head condenser

Granulation
Silos and Bagging
Granulation rollers operate by immersion process. Liquid undercooling via water-cooled roller. A solid film is drawn up and scraped off by a scraper blade. Further cooling via a cooling screw conveyor with explosion protection. Roller is blanketed with nitrogen (N2). Silo cell-wheel airlock serves as transition to outside atmosphere and for dosing.
